DALE CREED FRANCIS
Co-founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Francis has decades of experience in the financial sector and economic industry. He is a Co-founder & Managing Partner of Minneapolis-based Vincent Companies, a privately held firm with multiple, specialized divisions, including Vincent Trinity Development. The Vincent Companies have built a strong reputation on being open, honest, and transparent.
Aside from his duties as co-host of the award-winning investor advocacy show, Financial Fortitude, which is nationally broadcast daily, he is also a partner of Chicago-based hedge fund firm East West Global Funds.
Co-founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Laubach has over 20 year of experience in real estate finance & development. He has a degree in Real Estate Finance with a minor in Business from St. Cloud State University as well as a degree in Manufacturing from St. Cloud Tech College. Previous to Trinity Vincent Development he owned a commercial general contracting company as well as a commercial real estate brokerage for many years.
His deep knowledge and passion for real estate became immediately evident when working with him. Building lifelong relationships is a major key to his success in the industry and overall business model.
Co-founder & Managing Partner
Mr. Litfin earned his degree in Finance & Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College and over the better part of two decades has proceeded to successfully build a reputation as an industry leader and educator for investors, institutions, and financial professionals alike.
Mr. Litfin is a Co-founder & Managing Partner of Minneapolis-based Vincent Companies, a privately held firm with multiple, specialized divisions. The Vincent Companies have tirelessly built its strong reputation on being open, honest, and transparent when working with its clients, partners, employees, contractors, operators, vendors and suppliers.
Mr. Maciej brings 15 years of experience in construction and development to the team along with a degree in Real Estate (emphasis in Marketing) from St. Cloud State University. He also brings knowledge in nearly all areas of commercial real estate from finance to valuations to sales. His knowledge of the construction process was obtained by previously managing the operations for a commercial contractor which involved processing loan draws and working with sub-contractors.
Mr. Maciej currently wears many hats from day to day but specialized in underwriting projects for development. His knowledge for development analysis, as well as operations, is vast and his attention to detail is impeccable.
Mr. Cushman utilizes his 20 years of real estate and business experience to excel in the industry. His ability to discover and seize unique opportunities has been a foundation of his success.
Ms. Horton delivers over 15 years of experience in challenging and result-driven business environments. She’s a dynamic problem solver with strong organizational, analytical and follow through capabilities. Her degree in Applied Science from Brown College provided a catalyst which sparked her creative skills in graphic design and art media. From there she joined Business Impact Group and during her tenure filled the roles of a graphic designer, account manager, and the CEO’s personal assistant. Prior to joining the Vincent Team, Anna held the position of Operations Manager for Axia Strategies where she not only handled the day to day operations, but acted as project manager of countless technology, marketing and business acquisition projects.
Ms. Horton’s exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are critical in our fast-paced, goal-oriented, deadline-driven environment.
Mr. Cegla earned his degree in Accounting from Minnesota State University Mankato as well as a degree in Finance from Minnesota State University Moorhead. He is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and brings nearly a decade of experience in accounting and tax knowledge to the team. His vast experience providing small business consulting to the real estate and financial services industries, which included financial statement and tax preparation as well as valuation and tax planning, has been a tremendous value to the Vincent Companies. Most recent to joining the Vincent Team he served as a Senior Accountant at MidCountry Financial Corp.
His deep knowledge in accounting and tax is extensive and essential in solving the many complex aspects in the multiple industries in which Vincent Companies is involved.
Director of Client Services
Ms. Neuvirth brings a tremendous amount of energy, ideas, and relationship building skills to the Company. As the Director of Client Services, she provides excellent care and attention to each and every person she assists. Her proactive approach to improving procedures and processes couples well with her desire to problem solve. After Ms. Neuvirth earned a Bachelor’s degree in Recreation Services from Winona State University she immediately put it to work through the planning and coordinating of over 30 company events per year. She has a diverse skillset which bodes well for the many hats she wears on a daily basis including software database management, providing direct assistance to the Executive Team, and helping the company operations run efficiently and effectively.
Ms. Neuvirth’s outstanding attention to detail is only surpassed by her ability to keep her eye on the bigger picture. She always wants to help and is driven to succeed.
